Absolutely! When you book directly with us through this website, you are guaranteed the best online rate, breakfast and taxes included.
We remind you that if you make your reservation through Booking, Expedia, Hotels.com or other online travel agencies, their published rates do not include taxes and are slightly higher than booking directly with us.
Whatever your choice, please don't forget to read all the details very carefully when you receive your confirmation.
If you made your reservation through our website (www.xtilu.com) a charge will be applied, the amount of which will depend on the policies of the selected rate and the season in which the reservation is made.
If you have any questions regarding our reservation policies, we'll be happy to assist you through a phone call.
If you are going to make your reservation through any other online platform, you should carefully review the corresponding policies as they are different from ours.

We are sorry, but we have a strict policy of receiving only people over 15 years of age; since our hotel does not have services for children under this age.
Unfortunately we don't have our own parking lot as we are a small hotel in the historic center of the city. However, we have collaboration agreements with some nearby parking lots where you can leave your car during your stay.
Space availability is subject to confirmation, please don't forget to confirm with us well in advance.

Our front desk staff can help you schedule this additional service with our trusted private transportation providers; who have bilingual operators and appropriate vehicles to make your journey comfortable, clean and safe.
You will also find a taxi service in passenger vans inside the Oaxaca airport, but your trip will be shared with other passengers and many times this can delay your arrival at the hotel, since they will leave each passenger in different areas of the city and sometimes you may be the one who will be waiting to the end of the journey.
Within the airport you'll find car rental services. If you wish to use this service, please notify us at the time of booking, so our hotel can arrange a space at a nearby guesthouse for your vehicle. Please note that once you check-out you'll be responsible for any costs incurred after the end of your stay with us.
Of course! We are right in the Historic Center, just 5 blocks from the city's main square and tourist pedestrian corridors, where you will find everything you need for your stay; restaurants, mezcalerías, markets, galleries, museums, libraries, craft shops, textiles, and endless other gastronomic options that our reception will recommend upon arrival. We are also very close to all the banks and ATMs you need (BANAMEX, SANTANDER, BBVA, SCOTIABANK, HSBC, BANORTE).
Absolutely. Our front desk staff will provide you with all the information to rent a vehicle according to your preferences. All our providers have trained bilingual drivers who are available to take any tour in and out of the city.
